Fall Softball League!

Anchor Town Sports is putting together a fall softball league. The season would start at the end of summer league on August 16th going for 4 weeks. Teams would play three games a week on any given day Mon-Thu at De La Vega fields.

Team fees will be $250.00. Rosters are open, all players must sign a waiver before taking the field but there will be no player fees. Teams may borrow players from any team and pick up players as needed. Sign up ends August 12th.

One pitch rules similar to the Humpy's One Pitch tournament would apply. Large strike zones, starting with a full count and men take only one base when walked unless two outs and is followed by a woman. Players of all levels will be allowed. Coed 5/5 is the goal but rules can be adjusted with both teams approval before each game starts. Umpires will suggest players to play outside their usual positions and do other changes to compliment the sense of fun that we are encouraging for this league.

Stats will not be kept nor a record of wins or losses. This is purely a recreation style league to get some fun games in before the summer ends. Please contact us at the office to sign your team up.
